Printmakers, engravers, draftsmen, and painters found models in each other's work. A prime example published in this catalogue is the copy of the book dating to the late sixteenth century at the Rublev Museum which comprises 153 engravings done by Flemish masters using as their model drawings by the Italian artist Bernardino Passen. The name of the book comes from Jesuit theologian Natalis who wrote commentary to the edition.
